The space

This is a 2BR (bedroom) room with parking.If you lay out futons (2 sets) in the Japanese-style space in the living room, you can stay up to 8 people.

It is located on the 17th floor with a panoramic view of Nakajima Park from the living room and veranda.Fireworks can be seen from your room in the summer.

There is a 100-inch screen in the living room to enjoy video content on the big screen (Netflix, Amazon Prime, Disney +, Tver, Youtube, and more)

All furniture, appliances, bedding, etc. are newly purchased in 2024 when they are open.

[House Manual]
We will send you a manual in advance, so please read it before your stay.

Check-in
You can check in anytime after 15:00.(self check-in)

Check-out
Please leave the room by 10 o’clock.
The cleaning staff will come after 10am.

* If you do not check out after 10 o’clock, we will need to re-arrange the cleaning staff, so we will need to charge a penalty of 2000 yen per extra time of 15 minutes.Please be careful when you leave.

Parking
Please be sure to use your room parking card to enter the parking lot without ticketing in the parking lot.If you have issued a parking ticket, please use the parking card again to use the parking card outside.

* If you issue a parking ticket, you will use it for a fee.
* If you lose the parking card, you will be charged 20,000 yen to reissue the card.

[Handling for guests staying for consecutive nights]
There is no change of towels and sheets, so please wash it in the washing machine.
Please note that we do not clean during your stay.

There is no need to dispose of garbage, but if you want to take out garbage for a long time, you can use the garbage in the apartment 24 hours a day.Please check house manual for details.(You will need a private garbage bag from Sapporo City for burnable garbage)

Other items
Please adhere to the following rules.Violators may be charged a fine.

1. If you make inappropriate use and soil the room too much, you may be charged an additional cleaning fee.

2. If we find that the equipment is lost or damaged, we may charge a fee.

3. If the number of guests is confirmed to be more than the number of guests, an additional fee of 10,000 yen will be charged per person.(We will check the number of people with the security camera in front of the entrance)

4. Please separate trash as described in the trash can.

5. Please wash the dishes and cooking utensils you used.

6. Please refrain from barbecued meat in the room as it will not smell for a few days.If you want to bake meat, please do so on the deck.Wash the hot plate after use and put it on top of the kitchen.

7. Fireworks are not allowed on the premises including the adjacent park.

8. Smoking is only allowed on the deck.Smoking is strictly prohibited indoors, at the entrance, and in the parking lot.
