Cozy Stay Sapporo offers a wide variety of rooms in different sizes and designs, from 1BR to 2BR.This room was created under the supervision of a designer, and is named “Shogun” after a samurai residence from the Warring States period in Japan. It is a very unique room where you can feel the stylish Japanese culture arranged in a modern way. [Services]
You can send your luggage in advance, and leave your luggage before check-in. There is a covered parking lot, so you don’t have to shovel snow. There are multiple rooms in the same building. Please contact us if you would like other rooms.[Location]
2 minutes walk from Nakajima Koen Station, within walking distance of the center of Sapporo, such as [Susukino] and [Odori]. It is a very convenient location where you can take a direct bus from the airport in the morning.
There is a convenience store (7-Eleven) on the first floor of the building, which is very convenient.[Rooms]
The room is on the 13th floor and has a great view. Although it is a 1Bedroom room, up to 4 people can stay by laying two sets of futons in the living room. You can watch Netflix and YouTube on the TV screen.

A covered multi-storey parking lot is available next to the building. It is especially convenient in winter as there is no need to shovel snow. It is also ideal as a base for skiing. Instructions on how to use the parking lot will be provided after booking.

We will send you the house manual in advance, so please check how to check in. Please read it in advance. After making a reservation, please send us your passport or other identification. By law, you will not be allowed to enter the room if you do not present your identification. You can enter the room after

check-in 15:00. Please leave the room by 10:00 . About SmokingSmoking is completely prohibited inside the room and at the vending machine, including electronic cigarettes. Please smoke outside the building. (If cigarette butts or odors are discovered, a fine of 30,000 yen will be charged.) Handling of guests staying multiple nights・Towels and sheets will not be replaced, so please wash them in the washing machine before using them.・Please note that cleaning will not be done during your stay.・We will collect garbage if you wish, so please contact us. *Important [Security Camera] According to the instructions of the health center, security cameras have been installed at the entrance to the apartment building, on the balcony, and in the parking lot. [Other] Please also strictly adhere to the following rules.
