About smoking

There is no change of towels and sheets, so please wash and use them in the washing machine.

Security cameras are installed at the entrance of the apartment, on the veranda, and in the parking lot, as instructed by the health center.

Please strictly adhere to the following rules.Violators may be charged a fine.

1. If you use it inappropriately and get too dirty, you may be charged an additional cleaning fee.
2. If we find that the equipment is lost or damaged, we may charge you for the cost.
3. If more than the number of guests requested is confirmed, we will charge an additional fee of 10,000 yen per person.(We will check the number of guests with a security camera in front of the entrance)

4. Please separate the garbage as described in the trash can.
5. Please wash the dishes and utensils used.
6. Smoking in the apartment is strictly prohibited, including on the veranda.If it is confirmed with cigarette butts, security cameras, etc., a fine of 30,000 yen will be charged.
